Singing circles
Whether singing circles with jam sessions and family vibes or mantra singing circles , it's the positive effects that matter. Singing is good for you and makes you healthy; it regulates blood pressure, stimulates breathing, and makes you feel good. But why is that? We can't sing and think too much at the same time. Singing brings us into the here and now. We keep our brains occupied by singing or chanting a mantra. This gives our emotions, mind, and body more space, and the vibration created in the body stimulates self-healing.
There are further treasures in chanting mantras ; mantras have been used since time immemorial to manifest, to ground oneself, to reach a meditative state , to cultivate humility and to heal oneself.
We offer singing circles out of conviction to remind us how important these breaks are in our fast-paced times, where overthinking is a widespread issue.
